The Glitch Mob

I've started listening to the glitch mob recently, both because last.fm keeps playing them on my daft punk channel, but also because they have some pretty decent remixes of songs I didn't think could be remixed, like 7 Nation Army, a song I had thought for sure had been played to death, then I heard this.

H.R. Giger

Giger's biomechanical  style won him the place as concept artist for the extraterrestrial elements of Ridley Scott's Alien, for which he would receive an Academy Award. His design for the titular alien has been the model that all other aliens in science fiction have been based off since, from the Elites in Halo to the red weeds of Spielberg's War of the Worlds.
